With customers unable to visit our stores during the lockdown, we’re hitting the road to bring our first-class repairs and alterations service to your doorstep.
Our new Collection & Delivery service, which is currently being rolled out across the UK, is easy to use and guarantees outstanding results every time.
All you have to do to select The Zip Yard store within a 10-mile radius of your home.
Fill in the form with your contact details, required alterations or repairs you’d like carried out – please give as much information as possible – and preferred dates for collection and delivery.
We’ll then send a rapid response with an estimation of the costs based on our minimum charges for the required services, which will give you a good idea of a possible total before you send your request.
Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you with a final quote for your order and, if required, to discuss any alteration details.
Then all you need to do is pin and pack your garments and allow us to give them all the expertise and TLC they need.
All completed items will be returned to you and ready to wear within five days.
As the UK’s largest clothes repairs and alterations chain, we believe that our mission to make loved clothes last longer doesn’t have to stop when our stores are closed.
An estimated £140 million worth – around 350,000 tonnes – of used clothing goes to landfill in the UK every year.
